Gloria Sellan is a visual artist based in Stockholm (Sweden). She holds an MA in Art from the Academy of Applied Arts in Rijeka (Croatia), where she specialized in printmaking and graphic arts. Additionally, she has studied art, theatre and film at the University of Trieste (Italy) and the Stockholm University of the Arts (Sweden).
Gloria has been actively involved in the arts for over 15 years, having shown her work at over 40 exhibitions in Croatia (where she is originally from) and abroad.
Her commitment to growth has led her to explore various ways of expressing her art. While she defines printmaking as being the base for all her art, she often uses different media (video, animation, sound), combining them to create unique pieces of art.
Beyond her artistic practice, Gloria has extensive experience working in the art gallery environment. For over 7 years, she has worked with various galleries in Croatia, collaborated on many independent art projects, and assisted in organizing more than 50 art exhibitions and events. Her involvement extends to theatre, stage design, dance performances, music videos, and animated film creation.
